Ethia-Kakoperatos-Tsoutsouras

A hike inthe Asteroussia Mountains. We set off from the picturesque village of Ethia, at 750m a.s.l. Following a dirt road and a path viewing the Libyan Sea we go down by Kakoperatos Gorge, past the palm tree forest of Agios Nikitas until we reach the Agios Nikitas Monastery by the sea. Then we follow the dirt road eastwards to Maridaki and from there the coastal trail leads us to Tsoutsouras.
