// a. Dories – Loumas

A hiking route in Upper Mirabello, following paths and dirt roads in alternation.

Our hike begins in the village of Dories (470m). We will visit the monasteries of Kardamoutsa (530m) and Areti (500m), explore the abandoned settlement of Chondrovolakes (460m), and reach the village of Epano Loumas (360m). Then we pass by the village of Vrouchas (203m) before ending up in the now well-known tourist village of Plaka, where we will enjoy a swim.

*Dense shrubby vegetation with spiny bushes and entirely rocky terrain.
**Mandatory: hiking boots and long trousers.
