Sfakiano Gorge

We start our hike from the village of Askyfou, Chania, at 730m a.s.l. and following an upgoing trail in a forest we reach Tavris Plateau, at 1200m. Then we continue to Niato Plateau, at 1200m, where we enter the beautiful and wild Sfakiano Gorge, which we cross following a marked trail. Our hike ends near the village of Chora Sfakion, at 50m a.s.l.
