Easter in Cyprus

Holy Thursday 9th – Easter Monday 13th April 2026

A short journey along the trails of Cyprus, where dense pine forests, sea caves, stunning beaches, ancient churches, and excellent food prevail.

The island boasts impressive flora, with nearly 2,000 recorded plant species to date—some native and others exotic that have become acclimatised over the years—as well as 142 endemic species found only in Cyprus. The tree most commonly encountered, from coastal areas up to elevations of 1,400 m, is the Turkish pine, while in the upper reaches of the Troodos Mountains the black pine predominates. Plane trees, cedars, alders, and oaks are also widespread.

Its location between West and East makes Cyprus one of the most important habitats for migratory birds, while its mild climate makes it ideal for hiking almost year-round.

Along our routes, we encounter not only abundant greenery, but also Byzantine churches listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Venetian bridges, rivers, artificial lakes and dams, waterfalls, and much more.
