Knossos – Agia Irini Gorge – Fourni

Starting from the Palace of Knossos (122 m), following a road and then a trail, we reach Agia Irini at Spilia. From there, we  walk to the Karydaki area, see the abandoned monastery of Panagia, the remains of the Venetian-period water supply system, and then, following the trail, arrive at Fourni with its beautiful pine forest.

An easy hike suitable for everyone, even for children accompanied by their parents.
