Platania Gorge – Vistagi

A hike across the southern slopes of Mt Psiloritis.

We start from the village of Platania, at 400m a.s.l. Following a steep path up we cross an impressive gorge and reach the cave chapel of St Antonios, at 800m.

Then we continue westwards, hiking up along paths and dirt roads and enjoying a magnificent view. We end in the village of Vistagi, at 501m.
