Saturday 19th-Sunday 20th-Monday 21st
We set off on Saturday afternoon to Omalos Plateau, Chania, at 1080μ a.s.l., where we spend the night.
Very early on Sunday morning, we start our trek. We hike up to Psari Peak at 1817mμ Mavri Peak at 2069m and Melindaou Peak, at 2133m, and then down to Potami. We continue to Zarani and the village of Anopolis, at 650m, where we have a rest. Following the trail down we continue to Agiow Pavlos and end our long hike in Agia Roumeli in the evening. We spend the night in rooms or on the beach.
On Monday there is the option of hiking along the E4 European Trail westwards, past Loutro and ending up near Chora Sfakion.
Participants in this trekking must be quite fit and experienced.
