Oreino Waterfalls – Kastri Hill – Koutsouras

A hike around and above Oreino Gorge.

We start from the well-known Oreino Waterfalls and hike upwards following a well-marked trail. A kilometer away we turn eastwards and hike up Kastri Hill, which probably used to be an ancient fortification.

Then we turn southwards and follow a narrow trail along the eastern side of the gorge having great views all the time. We end in the small forest of Koutsouras.
