Agios Ioannis – Kalos Poros – Chora Sfakion

A chance to admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in Crete!

On Saturday afternoon we set off to Agios Ioannis, at 770m a.s.l., and we hike to the balcony called Kalos Poros. This is an excellent choice to admire the gorgeous view and watch a wonderful sunset. We spend the night there in tents or sleeping bags.

On Sunday morning we hike down to the coast and we follow the coastal E4 trail eastwards. We pass by the famous beaches of Marmara Lykos, Finikas, Loutro and Glyka Nera and we end in Chora Sfakion.
