b. Agios Ioannis – Agia Roumeli

Saturday 23rd – Sunday 24th June 2018

A two-day trip to the southern Of the White Mountains in western Crete.

We set off towards Chora Sfakion on Saturday morning. After a  refreshing swim at Iligas Beach, the bus takes us to Anopolis, where we spend the night. We may go on a short hike in the late afternoon.

On Sunday morning we take the trail from Agios Ioannis to Kalos Poros and hike down to Agios Pavlos. Then we follow the E4 coastal trail to Agia Roumeli. We return to Chora Sfakion by ship to take the bus back to Heraklion.
