Sirikari – Polyrrinea

A hike in beautiful western Crete.

We start from the village of Sirikari, at 509m a.s.l. and following a trail through a chestnu- tree forest we get into Sirikari gorge. We reach Polirrinea village, at 418m, and we visit the ancient walls and the acropolis admiring the great view over Kissamos bay.

It’s an easy hike suitable for beginners and children accompanied by their parents.
