Evdomos Plateau – Goniano Gorge

A down-going but demanding hike in the greater area of Mt Psiloritis.

We start our hike from Zominthos, at 1187m a.s.l. and follow a dirt road until an area called Xerolimni. We continue off trail up to Cherias peak, at 1166m, and then we go down following a short dirt road to Evdomos plateau, at 780m. Afterwards, we enter the Lagos Gorge and our hike finishes at the beginning of the Goniano Gorge, at 620m.
