Karanou – Mporiano Faraggi – Faraggi Kydoni

On Sunday, May 11th 2014, we go hiking on an easy circular route on a well-preserved trail in the shade of big trees.

We start from the village of Koranou, Chania, we go down the Boriano Gorge and at the end of it we enter a parallel one, the Kydoni Gorge. We follow the trail past a very old olive grove and the small chapel of Agios Dimitrios with parts of old frescoes. We end our hike up to the village of Karanou again.
