The first, Roza Gorge, leads to the village of Kera and features dramatic rock formations and steep cliffs. The riverbed has a steep gradient, and the path includes some exposed spots, but there are safety cables where needed. The second gorge, Embasa, runs from Kato Kera to the village of Gonies. It is lush and green, with abundant vegetation including plane trees and kermes oaks, and has a smooth, easy trail.

A canyoning route through a beautiful, small gorge. Psaro Nero Gorge merges into Erganos Gorge and features stunning rock formations and large waterfalls that often carry water until early summer—a rare sight for a Cretan gorge.
