Lassithi Plateau – Tsouli Mníma- Kastamonítsa

Sunday 7th December 2025

Starting from the Lassithi Plateau, at 810m a.s.l., we follow a dirt road and trail to the area of Tsouli Mníma, at 940m — the place of execution and curse of the notorious Janissary Tsoulis. We then descend the old Minoan path and end at the village of Kastamonítsa, at 520m, at the foothills of the Dikti Mountains.
