Arvi – Lygia – Argoulida – Arvi

A nice hike in the area of Arvi, in the south of Heraklion.

Starting from Arvi village, we hike up Mt Arvion. On the way we take a good look at the impressive Arvi Gorge, we go to Lygia and visit the monument where the Nazis killed 3 young children. We go on passing by other sights of interest, an old Monastery, and we end up back in Arvi, where we can enjoy the beach.
