Choreftres

A circular route offering panoramic view over the northern coast of western Crete.

We start from the village of Asi Gonia, at 390m a.s.l. Following a dirt road at first and then a basic path we reach the area of Choreftres, at 1320m. We continue off trail and hike up to Ktisto peak, at 1470m and Fourni peak, at 1420m. Finally a dirt road leads us back toAsi Gonia.
