Chryssopigi – Mt Orno – Tourloti

A hike in the mountains above Ierapetra in eastern Crete.

We set off from the village of Chryssopigi, at 450m a.s.l. Then we hike up following a trail in the beginning but then free on the slopes of the mountain until we reach the peak Orno at 1238m. We start our descent on the northern side free in the beginning, later along a trail and a dirtroad and we end in the village of Tourloti, at 300m.
