Volikas Refuge – Spathi Peak – Agio Pnevma Peak

On Saturday morning, the bus takes us to the village of Kambi in the White Mountains, western Crete, at 580m a.s.l. After a two-hour hike, we reach the Volikas Refuge, at 1400m, where we spend the night.

Early on Sunday morning, we start our ascent to Spathi Peak, at 2048m and Agio Pnevma Peak, at 2283m. The hike is on frozen snowy terrain, so know-how, experience and fitness are required.
