Keeping tradition alive we organize the New Year Cake Celebration on a mountain every year. This year we are going to the picturesque Fodele village.

There is a short hike from Marathos village to Fodele village. The celebration takes place halfway, at the Monastery of Agios Panteleimon The day ends with dinner and a gift lottery in a local tavern.
