Gafaris Gorge (Koufi)

We start our circular route from the village of Koufi near Rethymnon.

At first we hike along a green trail under the shade of platan trees beside a small river with water flowing, which we cross several times. We reach the village of Karoti and we return following a dirt road and crossing fields.

Our day ends at a nearby beach for a swim.
