Fourfouras -Korakia – Aplytra – Fourfouras

Sunday, 13th March 2022

A circular trail on the western outskirts of Psiloritis, one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Psiloritis mountain. The hike starts and ends in the village of Fourfouras, Amari (450m), and is 15 km long. The ascent to Korakia (1473m) follows a well-signed path. We continue among pine and oak trees towards Tsichli of Poros and the spring of Aplytra (1250m), moving on dirt roads at first and later along a vague track. In the last part of the route, we follow the steep, stony, downhill part of the E4 path that connects Toumbotos Prinos with Fourfouras.

The hike is suitable for fit hikers with experience in hiking on rough rocky terrain.

*All participants have got to present a negative rapid test or a vaccination certificate and wear an FFP2 face mask on the bus.
