Kallikratis – Manika Plateu – Skaloti

A nice hike in beautiful surroundings.

The first 2,5 hours are along a dirt road passing by small plateaus and impressive rock formations. Arriving at Manika Plateau the track passes through the old settlement and reaches the small stone-built chapel of Saint Manolis. In summer flocks of sheep decorate the landscape.
A bit of more dirt road and it leads us into and across the Skaloti Gorge. The trail is rocky and a bit steep at some points marked in blue. The hike ends in the village of Skaloti.
