a. Asi Gonia -Choreftres – Kallikratis

A hike in western Crete for fit hikers experienced on rocky terrain.

We start from the village of Asi Gonia, at 418m a.s.l. Following a dirt road at first and an upgoing rocky path later, we hike up the peak of Choreftres, at 1511m. We continue heading south and end in the village of Kallikratis, at 700m.
