b. Archanes-Vathypetro

A hike across the hill to the south of Archanes village that is suitable for newbies and children accompanied by their parents.

We start from Vathypetro and visit a small Byzantine chapel where we can see the frescos. We continue up onto the green hill. On our way, we come across small chapels, beautiful vegetation, and plenty of nice views all around. We move mainly along dirt roads and a bit along paths for about 10 km.

At the end, there is time for a walk or lunch in Epano Archanes village.
